If this is you then perhaps you might consider doing a one on one session with Ali who has 20 years experience with swim and run technique as well as training prescription and practice. Ali welcomes contact from physios and doctors to discuss the athletes injuries so that he can offer better advice when looking at the functional aspects of your swimming or running. Fitness Goals recognised that sometimes athletes need different coaches for different aspects of training. Ali will work for you to support your main triathlon, multisport, athletics, and swim coaches.

Sessions:

These are what you want them to be as much as they're what I think you need. Each session is 50 minutes long. I usually start with a quick assessment before deciding on the plan for the session. If dealing with technical changes I'll target one or two key area's then use a series of drills and skills to help you make the correct adjustments. The process is often organic in that it does depend on the idividual, their learning style and what they need to improve. If doing a specific workout as a part of a greater plan I'll guide you through it both technically and physically ensuring the performance outcomes are appt for your level of ability and skill.

Tailored specific interval workouts with coaching support:

Together we can plan a 6-8 week interval plan for either running or swimming where I guide you through each and every rep (not for those wanting the easy way out). By monitoring your performance, giving you constant feedback and motivating you to complete the set to the best of your ability you'll have the best possible support you could ever want.

Video feedback:

I can video you and give you instant feedback during a session. This is very helpfull for those who are visual learners.  The benefits of this additional service can be a significant tool towards technical improvement.

  
Financial committment:

Quick fix one off session - people looking to re-address, update their technique to either avoid re-injury or improve speed and efficiency.
$85 per session for a one on one (payable at the session)  

One on two - if you and a friend are training together I can work with you both catering for your individual needs while you save money.
$120 per session for a one on two (payable at the first session)

Multiple sessions - if you decide you need additional one on one time I can tailor your education over a 6 week programme. More cost effective per session.
$420 for 6 sessions one on one (total amount due at first session) 

$20 for inclusion of the video equipment into any of the above sessions (videoing included in the 50 minute session)

Variations of these sevices can be negotiated.

Swimming Technique - If you are wanting to imporve your freestyle technique I highly recommnend our "Gliding on" imporve your freestyle programme. 

Running technique - If you're wanting to improve your running action consider doing a "Striding on!" workshop.
